After handing over my stock Yamaha xvs 650 dragstar Clive got to work. Throughout the whole process Clive walked me through design ideas both by style, look and practicality whilst also considering my budget. The turnaround was outstanding and without any delay.
The standard of work done was top class. The look of the bike was completely transformed from stock to one of kind with many people commenting how nice my Harley was (grin and a chuckle).

Clive took an old Honda CB500 and built me an overland street scrambler, manufacturing everything to fit spoked Aprilia wheels and complete front end I already had. The rear of the frame was built from scratch to get the look and most importantly, the comfort I needed for long distance travel and I can’t praise his patience enough as I visited the shop to ensure the seat, bar and footpeg position was perfect. He then created crash bars, luggage racks, sumpguard… The list goes on. It’s not just a thing of beauty, this bike needed to be practical. Now with 5,000 miles complete in Europe it’s going back for a bespoke scrambler exhaust. I can’t wait!

The older your bike becomes the harder it is to get off-the-shelf parts. Crobba Customs took some old ‘period’ craven panniers and created a bespoke fitting system for them and a beautifully finished one-off complementary rear rack. The crafsmanship was so impressive I even got them to make a forkbrace too.
